Plenty of room at the dock for your boats, with electric to plug in to. Fish the Famous Chippewa Flowage in Hayward, WI - the Musky Capital of the world. Snowmobile from this property as it is located on trail #21. Bring your ATV's and ride the 600 miles of trails, directly from this property.
Plenty of parking space for trucks and trailers. Walking distance to a resort with the best pizza around. Fish cleaning house with electric and running water.
This property has hardwood floors throughout and 3 smart TV's with DISH. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric fry pan, crock pot and pizza oven. Very nice size fire-pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Patio with grill, and outdoor furniture.
Located only 20 minutes from downtown Hayward, where there is plenty of shopping, and dining establishments, along with many tourist attractions.
Hayward is home to the American Birkebeiner, Fat Tire Race and the Lumberjack World Championships.
Great family getaway
We loved staying at the lodge! The place was clean and everything was as advertised. The owner, Jennifer, was quick to respond to all questions and very helpful! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this was one of the best experiences we have had! Will definitely stay here again! Thsnk you for being a great host Jennifer!
Great place on the Chippewa Flowage
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was as expected - clean and well furnished. The kitchen was all we needed (they have a pizza oven which the kids liked). The recently purchased two fishing kayaks which got a lot of use around the islands just up river from the dock. It's a large lake area and took us a few days to figure out the fishing - but we caught enough for two meals and enjoyed our time. Great firepit and outdoor space.
