Reservation Requirements
Memorial Day through Labor Day is a 7 night minimum with Saturdays being the turnover day.
Labor Day through Memorial Day is a 3 night minimum
Deposits & Payments
$1000 Security/Damage deposit is due when you book your stay - payable by cash or check, as we do not take credit cards at this time. The Security /Damage Deposit is refunded back to you within 7 days, pending no damage. Your reservation is payable by cash or check when you arrive for your stay.
Cancelation Policy
Guests who cancel 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of their Security/Damage Deposit. Guests who cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, will get back 50% of their Security/Damage Deposit. Otherwise, guests will not get a refund.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check in is 3:00 or after
Check out is 9:00 AM - SHARP- $200 LATE FEE FOR A LATE CHECK OUT
